How Our Process Work

1) REQUEST SERVICE
* Call E&A ELECTRIC LLC & a receptionist will answer your call.
* A profile will be created with your following information : Name, Number, Email , and Address
* Receptionist will ask about the electrical issues you are having.
* You will be scheduled for a day that works for you , and on that scheduled day a technician will be dispatched to provide you a quote or perform the service that is needed
2)SERVICE DAY
* You will receive a reminder notification of your appointment with us
*A receptionist will get in contact with you to let you know about the time a technician will be arriving
* If you have scheduled to start service without a quote, we can provide on spot estimates. If you approve of this cost , the work can be performed on same day
* If you have scheduled for just a quote, technicians will check the electrical issues you are having and will work on your estimate the same day, once estimate is ready you should receive a call to notify you. If you approve estimate , a receptionist will call you to schedule a day to start the work
3) FINAL PROCESS
* Once service is completed , you should receive within a few hours your invoice
* You may pay online with credit/debit card , check , or cash . Once payment is processed , you are all set and a review link will be sent to you
